- Cancellations by Customer (お客様都合によるキャンセル):
- Cancellation at least 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled shoot date: Full refund of any payments made. (撮影予定日の30暦日前までのキャンセル：お支払い済みの全額を返金いたします。)
- Cancellation less than 30 calendar days but more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot date: 50% refund of the total service fee. (撮影予定日の30暦日前未満かつ24時間前までのキャンセル：サービス料金総額の50%を返金いたします。)
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot date or no-show: Non-refundable. (撮影予定時刻の24時間以内のキャンセルまたはご連絡なしでの不参加：返金はいたしかねます。)
- Cancellations by Photo Taiken Japan (当社都合によるキャンセル): We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time. In such an event, a full refund of any payments made for the cancelled service will be provided to the client. (当社は、いつでも予約をキャンセルする権利を留保します。その場合、キャンセルされたサービスに対してお支払いいただいた全額をお客様に返金いたします。)
- Issues with Service or Deliverables (“Defective Services”) (サービスまたは納品物に関する問題点「瑕疵」について): We strive to provide high-quality photographic services and images. Due to the nature of photography, minor imperfections or a small number of technically imperfect images (e.g., out-of-focus, corrupt files) may occur as part of a larger set of delivered images, and this is considered normal. However, in the unlikely event of a significant technical failure on our part (e.g., loss of all or a substantial majority of the images, preventing their intended use), we will offer a mutually agreed-upon solution, which may include a partial refund, a full refund, or a complimentary re-shoot for the affected portions of the service, at our discretion and in consultation with you. 8. Delivery Times (引渡し時期)
- Service Provision (サービス提供時期): The photography service will be provided on the date and time mutually agreed upon and confirmed during the booking process. (写真撮影サービスは、予約手続き中に双方で合意し確認された日時において提供されます。)
- Photo Delivery (写真データ納品時期): Final digital photos are typically delivered via a secure online link (usually Google Drive) within 4 weeks from the photoshoot date. During peak seasons or for particularly extensive shoots, the delivery period may extend up to a maximum of 6 to 8 weeks. We will inform you if any significant delay beyond the typical timeframe is anticipated. - Online Payment (Stripe): Full payment is due upfront at the time of booking to secure the date. Online payment is required for bookings over ¥40,000 or bookings that include Kimono rental. (オンライン決済（Stripe）：予約時に日程を確保するため、全額前払いとなります。40,000円を超えるご予約、または着物レンタルを含むご予約の場合は、オンライン決済が必要です。)
- Cash Payment: Full payment is due upfront at the time of our meeting on the shoot day. Cash payment is possible for bookings of ¥40,000 or less that do not include Kimono rental. (現金払い：撮影当日の打ち合わせ時に全額前払いとなります。現金払いは、40,000円以下かつ着物レンタルを含まないご予約の場合に可能です。)
11. Price (販売価格) Prices for photography services are listed on our website. All listed prices include Japanese consumption tax. For payments made online via Stripe, an additional fee of 5.1% of the total service cost will be applied, as detailed under “Additional Fees.” (写真サービスの価格は当社のウェブサイトに掲載されています。掲載価格にはすべて日本の消費税が含まれています。Stripeを利用したオンライン決済の場合は、「商品代金以外の必要料金」に記載の通り、サービス総額の5.1%の手数料が別途かかります。)
12. Booking Window (推奨予約期間) Bookings are recommended at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or peak seasons, and are subject to availability. (特に週末や繁忙期のご予約は、2～4週間前までにお済ませいただくことをお勧めします。ご予約は空き状況によります。)
